Aeronovo’s personnel will support customers in development of Maintenance Program in accordance with MSG-3 logic, MRB process and all Regulatory related requirements. Additionally, our staff is available to support fleet Optimization and Escalation in accordance with issue paper 44.

Civil & Military Integrated Logistic Support (ILS)

Aeronovo offers consulting expertise for Integrated Logistics Services for in-service systems and equipment. It provides support for the mission critical systems integration, maintenance, and upgrades of aircrafts.

Project management

Aeronovo’s personnel has experience, techniques and tools to manage each stage of a given project life cycle, work within organizational and cost constraints, set goals tied directly to stakeholder needs, get the most from the project management team, and utilize state-of-the-art project management tools to get the work done on time and within budget.

UAV Maintenance Program Development

Aeronovo’s personnel will assist customers in Maintenance Program Development for any size UAV in accordance with RCM/MSG-3 methodology.

UAV Training Needs Analysis

Training Needs Analysis (TNA) is required to define number and type of training devices and facilities. This is based on students’ training requirements, hours of operation, number of instructors etc.

Aircraft Simulation Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

Aeronovo will assist customers in defining simulation requirements, program reviews and product acceptance.
