Aeronovo supports customers in the development of Maintenance Programs in accordance with MSG-3 methodology, MRB process and all Regulatory related requirements. Aeronovo’s personnel have been engaged in numerous development programs over the past 20 years in manufacturer and operator capacities at all levels of the MRB process. Our staff has participated in five aircraft programs, which employed MSG-3 methodology and MRB process: Canadair CRJ, Challenger 604 series, Gulfstream V, Bombardier Global Express and Bombardier Challenger 300. Our participation also extends to ATA’s Maintenance Program Industry Group (MPIG) and the International MRB Policy Board. (Add new committee) We continuously strive to evolve the MSG-3 program with cutting edge maintenance concepts. Additionally, our staff conducts audit services for general aviation and airlines as well as assist airlines in the development of Reliability Programs and Continuing Analysis and Surveillance Systems (CASS).

We develop customized training programs and deliver cost-effective solutions because we listen. Aeronovo’s personnel trained over 2000 people since 1996 and have strong links and networks within regulatory authorities and aerospace industry.

Ruth Dangoor B.C.L/LL.B McGill Faculty of Law
Mrs. Dangoor is in charge of administration and legal affairs of Aeronovo. Prior to her appointment as President she was a University Professor at Concordia University in Montreal. Ruth also served as a Commissioner at Lester B. Pearson School Board.

Manny Gdalevitch B.ENG., MBA
Manny Gdalevitch has an extensive experience in the aircraft industry with specialization in the fields of Program Management, Maintenance, Maintainability, Reliability and Safety. He is a member of A4A Maintenance Program Industry Group (MPIG), International MRB Policy Board, ARAC Reliability WG and Aircraft Health Monitoring WG.
He is the recipient of numerous awards in the area of Maintenance and the author of the article “MSG-3 The Intelligent Maintenance”.
